Shipping Details

All packages will be sent out with tracking information, which will be provided once shipped.

We can only ship to the billing address or confirmed address.

Customer is responsible for any additional costs on rejected packages.

Once shipped, we are not responsible for any shipping or custom delays. However we will be happy to work with you to track your purchase.

Shipping cannot be refunded once shipped

Our product is pulled from our Boutique in Edmonton, please allow 24 hrs to confirm status and condition of your purchase. We work hard to keep our inventory updated at all times, but item availability is not always guaranteed. If an item is sold out you will be notified via email & given a refund immediately.

RETURN POLICY

In-Store Purchase Return Policy

Floc Boutique will gladly accept returns of regularly priced merchandise for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase with an original (or gift) receipt. Item must be in unworn condition with tags securely attached. Any items without original tags or receipt will not be accepted. All Sale items are final and we do not offer price adjustments.

Online Order Return Policy

The customer is responsible for any shipping charges and we require that you insure the package with tracking information. We will not be responsible for the cost of any lost packages. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Exchanges

Sometimes items don't fit the way we want them to! We are happy to support you with selecting a different size, however we can not guarantee that the item you would like to exchange will be available in the size or color requested. Items may be special ordered from our brands if we do not have it in stock. If a store credit is issued, the credit will be under your file for in store use, if you would like to use your credit online, please notify us before purchase.
