Don't want to wait for delivery? You can pick up your package in store, we will notify you when it's all wrapped up and ready within 24hrs of payment. Just choose in store pickup from our shipping menu & visit our store hours to plan your next trip!
FREE SHIPPING on all regular priced purchases of $150 or more within Canada. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

We can only ship to the billing address or confirmed address.

Our product is pulled from our Boutique in Edmonton, please allow 24 hrs to confirm status and condition of your purchase. We work hard to keep our inventory updated at all times, but item availability is not always guaranteed. If an item is sold out you will be notified via email & given a refund immediately.

Taxes and Duties
Sales tax is charged on all Canadian orders at the customer's local tax rate.
Floc Boutique is not responsible for duties or other fees incurred from importing goods.
All of our prices are in Canadian dollars. Any fluctuations in the exchange rate are the customer's responsibility.
In-Store Purchase Return Policy
Floc Boutique will gladly accept returns of regularly priced merchandise for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase with an original (or gift) receipt. Item must be in unworn condition with tags securely attached. Any items without original tags or receipt will not be accepted. All Sale items are final and we do not offer price adjustments.
Online Order Return Policy

Sometimes items don't fit the way we want them to! We are happy to support you with selecting a different size, however we can not guarantee that the item you would like to exchange will be available in the size or color requested. Items may be special ordered from our brands if we do not have it in stock. If a store credit is issued, the credit will be under your file for in store use, if you would like to use your credit online, please notify us before purchase.
